The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers and building long-lasting relationships. The Service Writer is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Service Writers will greet customers and consult on their needs, delivering value-added recommendations and education on our services. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness always to go the extra mile!
