Job Title: Service Writer (Service Advisor)
Location: Brampton, ON
Employment: Full-Time
Salary Range: $63,000 - $66,000 a year + bonus, RRSP Matching, Paid Vacation + Paid Personal Days, 100% Employer Paid Benefits, quarterly events, and more
Reports to: Director of Product Support

• Be the main point of contact for customers needing equipment service or repairs
• Listen, assess, and recommend repair plans based on customer needs and equipment condition
• Provide clear pricing quotes and service timelines
• Coordinate with parts staff and technicians to ensure everything needed for a job is ready
• Keep work orders accurate, updated, and moving forward
• Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Answer questions about work performed, costs, and timelines
• Keep customer records well-organized and up to date
• Schedule service appointments and help maintain a safe, organized shop environment
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
