We are looking for a Service Writer to join our team at Kensington Agricultural Services Limited (KASL). KASL sells residential, construction and agricultural products and offers full service capabilities for these products. The service experience always starts and finishes with our Service Writer. We strive to provide the best experience to the consumer. It is expected that all activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receive service inquires
• Schedule equipment repairs
• Process work orders
• Convey work progress to customer
• Process warranty claims
• Work closely with service manager
• Other duties as required
