Service Writer for a Commercial Trailer Shop Interstate Utility Trailer, a full-service commercial semi-trailer dealership, has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales person for our Cincinnati OH service center. Benefits: * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Vision Plan * Paid Vacation * RX Coverage * 401(K) Plan with Employer Match * Company-paid life insurance * Short-Term Disability coverage Major responsibilities : * Meet and interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses. * Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers. * Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff. * Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances. * Serve as a customer relationship manager. * Providing written estimates of equipment damages and replacement parts requirements to affect repairs to damaged commercial trailers and associated equipment. * Communicating with customers on repair progress * Reviewing and closing equipment work orders. * Reviewing and prioritizing equipment repair write-ups.
