Assists the Service Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the Service Department’s operation within the dealership. Responsibilities: Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department Open work orders as directed by the Service Manager/Shop Foreman and manage the work order cycle process until they are closed and invoiced Monitor and maintain Service Productivity and Attendance Report for accuracy and weekly payroll processing Maintain the service library with current information (e.g. files bulletins, manuals, multi-media, etc.) under the direct supervision of the Service Manager Utilize Modern to assist with scheduling and communication with customers Maintain Service Department filing and records Knowledge of DSi and may be responsible for assisting in DSi for transportation Update customer profiles regarding equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager Requirements Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting practices and office procedures Strong customer service and communication skills in person and over the phone Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred High school diploma or equivalent experience LandPro Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
