Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to enhance the retail sales and profitability of a store through coordinating and scheduling automotive repair service transactions and responding to related customer service issues. Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling Respond to customer service concerns and problems Act in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activities Enhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service through providing training to service providers Monitors and control facility and asset utilization Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes Qualifications Associate Degree or Equivalent At least 1-year related experience in the automotive service business ASE certifications as required Current and valid driver’s license Supervisory and management skills Service diagnosis and technical skills Business mathematical aptitude Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
