The Opportunity: We are seeking a Service Writers to add to our maintenance team. This position will be out of our Bonnyville shop. This person is the primary point of contact end to end work order management, preventative and predictive maintenance schedules with reporting duties to the Shop Foreman and Equipment Manager.  Responsibilities: * Review equipment status daily, initiate system transfers * Review the shop schedule with the foreman daily * Monitor service progress and update completion dates while collaborating with the shop foreman * Assist with third party vendor schedules  * Promptly and accurately create and close work orders for maintenance department * Accurately track equipment repair costs through purchase orders and work orders * Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers * Assist shop foreman and management with compliance including internal policies, procedures and SOPs, WHMIS, TDG, forklift and crane training, etc  Requirements: * Knowledge of water trucks, semi-vacs, hot oilers etc. required. * Proficiency with industry-specific software * 3-5 years experience * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A strong sense of integrity, reliability, and professionalism * Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills * The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management * Possess strong computer skills, able to read, write, and comprehend written instructional documents in English * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software   About Pitbull Energy Services Pitbull Energy Services Inc. is a diversified field services company providing comprehensive solutions across Western Canada.
