Responsibilities

• answer the phone and make arrangements
• enter invoices and bills using QuickBooks and commander
• contact customers via phone and text with estimate’s and invoices

• Maintain neat desk and organized work flow

• experience working in an environment with customer service

• Strong people skills
• Ability to work work a computer efficiently and programs
• Excellent problem-solving skills
