Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a fleet, dealership, or maintenance shop setting Knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty vehicle systems and parts Familiarity with inventory and repair order software systems (preferred) Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, inventory platforms) Valid and insurable driver’s license Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
