Communication & Updates: Provide transparent estimates, keep customers informed throughout the service process, and ensure clarity at every step. Process Coordination: Track repair orders, parts, and warranty documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an outstanding service experience that reflects Volkswagen’s reputation for excellence. Compensation Earning Potential: $61,000 - $100,000/year Competitive Commission: 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone 5.25% for CSI above zone 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone Strong Customer Base: Work with loyal Volkswagen owners and expert technicians.
