FocusHBS is seeking a high performing Operations Manager to help drive our continued success in providing serviced apartment and housekeeping solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations. ABOUT THE ROLE

As Serviced Apartment and Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring excellent service delivery across our client portfolio. Working closely with the Managing Director, your focus will be on maximising productivity, managing staff performance, and delivering exceptional results for both clients and the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily service delivery and operational performance
• Drive performance standards across all areas in line with SOPs and company policies
• Recruit, manage and develop team members, including induction and training
• Support staff, manage underperformance fostering a high performing work environment
• Create advance weekly schedules for staff
• Oversee payroll processes via Xero
• Oversee all property maintenance
• Manage all company purchasing
• Reporting: deliver operational analytics and payroll vs revenue reports
• Conduct monthly reviews with the accountant and Managing Director
• Identify and implement cost-saving efficiencies in staffing, purchasing and property maintenance
