Description
Overview ServiceNow Administrator will perform daily configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring system performance and security. Key duties include managing user access, developing workflows (business rules, UI policies, client scripts), performing platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and creating reports. Responsibilities Address ticket issues within 4 hours, sustaining QASP compliance and operational reliability.
