Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience 3 -4 + years of ServiceNow administrations experience with ITSM modules. Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and CMDB. Working knowledge of configuration management principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver client-focused solutions. Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and UI policies. Ability to manage integrations and troubleshoot platform issues. Attention to details and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.2 Preferred Experience Experience with federal implementations and upgrades (FEDRAMP). Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations (REST, MID Server). Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM. ITIL Foundation Certification. ServiceNow HAM and SAM certifications Clearance Secret RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solution for the USITC. Including ITSM Service Portal, Service Catalog and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Ensures accurate configuration item (CI) data, supports catalog item lifecycle, and implements best practices for IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Workflow automation. Implementation of any platform improvements, add-ons, and new solutions such as Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) Partners with IT, security, and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity, improve automation, and support platform governance Overview WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
