Qualifications Experience Band: 1-3 Years ( 2 positions ) Role: ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer – AI & Automation What You’ll Work On Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules. Build Now Assist–enabled experiences for risk assessments, controls, policies, and continuity planning. Develop AI-assisted workflows using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub. Implement GenAI use cases such as risk summaries, policy mappings, and BIA narratives. Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) through document ingestion and vector search. Work within global delivery teams supporting enterprise clients.
