TYPE: CONTRACT – LONG TERM

Job Description: we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules, and proven experience in leading ServiceNow platform implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define best practices, ensure scalable design, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow platform design and implementation.
  • Proven expertise as a ServiceNow Architect, leading large-scale implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, and other modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (third-party tools, APIs, CMDB).
  • Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, data modeling, and discovery patterns.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodology for delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.
  • Define the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery quality.
  • Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and features, advising stakeholders on platform capabilities.
