OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the stabilization and growth of a recently implemented ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on expanding capabilities, improving performance, and aligning the platform with long-term digital transformation goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years as an Architect
• Hands-on with full lifecycle implementations and post–go-live support
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and AI features (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)
• Skilled in workflow design, business rules, and custom solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Agile/iterative experience a plus

• Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow architecture and governance
• Stabilize and optimize the recently deployed ServiceNow environment
• Design and implement scalable workflows and AI-powered solutions
• Define and evolve the ServiceNow roadmap with stakeholders
• Lead implementation of new modules and features
• Ensure integrations, best practices, and platform scalability
• Monitor performance and drive user experience improvements
