Job Description ServiceNow Architecture & Design Define and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture Set standards for design, development, quality, and testing Design integrations and interoperability with external systems Translate business needs into architecture models and roadmaps Evaluate and select appropriate technologies Optimise platform performance, security, and quality Business Analysis Gather and assess business and user requirements Translate requirements into technical solutions Ensure alignment between business needs and architecture design Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders Platform Governance & Delivery Supervise ServiceNow implementations and improvements Support development teams and architects in solution design Ensure consistency in service management capabilities Continuous Improvement & Documentation Recommend improvements to architecture and processes Support risk, security, and continuity planning Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Analyse system metrics and drive improvements Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and design Solid understanding of ServiceNow products and service management concepts Experience with ServiceNow administration and maintenance Integration & architecture: REST APIs, Web Services Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP Complex system integrations and interoperability Modelling & documentation: Enterprise architecture tools (e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS) Technical documentation and solution design Good understanding of IT security standards Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent (required) Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset High attention to detail and ownership Ability to work independently in complex environments Strong communication and stakeholder management Structured, organised, and proactive approach
