Join a Fortune 500 company as a ServiceNow Architect! Avanciers is looking to fill a remote contract position in Canada

CONTRACT

We’re looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role. This is a remote position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CSDM).
• Experience with Performance Analytics.

In this role, you’ll be the key advisor for our ServiceNow data architecture. Your main responsibility will be to define and govern the ServiceNow Foundation Data model, including companies, locations, and users. You’ll design and implement CSDM-compliant data models to support various modules like ITSM, ITOM, APM, and SecOps.
You will collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, define ownership, and set up integration strategies. This includes reviewing the current architecture, recommending improvements, and partnering with development teams to ensure all external data aligns with our CSDM standards. Additionally, you will lead training sessions, establish data governance models, and track key performance indicators to ensure the health of our CMDB. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and CSDM roadmap updates.
