Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Collaborate with client executives to identify pain points and translate them into platform solutions.
• Define integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture and the ServiceNow roadmap.
• Deliver workshops, best practice sessions, and educational engagements for customers and partners.
• Ensure platform scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee implementation teams and ensure adherence to technical standards and SLAs.

Required Skills

• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance.
• Experience with open-source LLMs and enterprise service management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in the German language.
