KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, hardware engineering, or relevant degree is preferred with 10 - 15 years’ experience in developing for ServiceNow MID Server and managing update sets.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining client scripts, business rules, UI actions, and UI policies.
• Skilled in ServiceNow System Administration will be nice to have.
• Expert-level knowledge of client and server APIs, with in-depth understanding of Service Management, Asset Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management processes.
• Strong background in integrating ServiceNow will be preferred.
