Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Proactive Service Experience (PSE), Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with a solid grasp of TM Forum (TMF) frameworks, B2B telco processes, and API integration best practices. This is a strategic role focused on designing scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that align with telco business models.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across PSE, OMT, and HAM modules Translate telco business requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integrations with external systems Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specs, and configuration guides Ensure alignment with TMF standards and telco B2B operational models Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, documentations and solution optimization Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends, especially within the telco space
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation Proven expertise in PSE, OMT, and HAM modules Strong understanding of telecommunications frameworks such as TMF, and telco B2B business processes Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, web services, and data exchange protocols Excellent documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, concise technical artifacts Architect-level certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect) preferred Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with telco OSS/BSS systems Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development Knowledge of ITIL, eTOM, and other telco operational standards Bilingual (English/French) is a plus for Montreal-based candidate
