Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Costa Rica (Remote)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture of our ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations, a deep understanding of ITIL processes, and a strong background in enterprise environments with multiple integration points.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in progressive technical roles, with a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions, ITIL processes, and experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze performance data and implement strategic upgrades.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across diverse teams.
Enterprise Experience: Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points.
Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in tools such as performance analytics, and various scripting languages for automation and integration to include JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP API, ServiceNow Glide APIs, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB & CSDM, Business Rules, Service Catalog, Mobile Development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Leadership: Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and encourage adherence to global standards and best practices.
· Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide root cause analysis.
· Innovation: Research and identify new technologies to improve system performance and availability.
