We're partnering with a global elite ServiceNow partner to hire an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading ServiceNow consultancies, delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes for major organisations across Germany.

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you'll provide technical leadership across complex ServiceNow implementations, defining platform architecture and ensuring scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across IT, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Supply Chain, and Production.
• Own the ServiceNow platform architecture, technical roadmap and governance, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions with customers and delivery teams.
• Design enterprise CMDB and data architecture, including CI models, relationships, reconciliation, and data quality.
• Architect ITOM solutions including Discovery, Event Management, and integrations with monitoring, ERP, identity, and cloud platforms.
• Design and oversee complex integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop advanced workflows and automations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Policies and Subflows.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, mentoring consultants and developers while ensuring ServiceNow best practices.
• Support large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments.
