JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Confer with clients/users to identify, analyze and document requirements.
• Analyze information business systems to identify OFI.
• Create Story and write detail acceptance criteria.
• Create data mapping documents for integrations and able to do status reporting.
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery.
• Conduct business and technical studies to design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions.
• Unit Testing and drive UAT
• Good Knowledge in Service Now & CMDB Discovery
• Good Communication and Writing Skill
• Well-versed with documentation (MS office Suite)? Well-versed with Agile Methodology
