Responsibilities:

  • Leads requirements management and elaboration activities
  • Translates business requirements into technical requirements
  • Leverages Agile, SDLC, and release management processes for business analysis activities
  • Provides functional analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation support
  • Facilitates Agile ceremonies and other meetings
  • Uses ServiceNow to manage and groom product backlog
  • Supports release planning and management activities
  • Supports development of SOPs and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with gathering or writing business requirements for large enterprise applications in the federal government sector, including visual mock-ups, use cases, shall statements, or user stories
  • Experience with entire SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologies
  • Ability to work in and adapt quickly to either a team or individual environment to meet deliverable requirements or schedules
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
