Job Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects, including two successful ServiceNow CSM or SPM implementations. - Strong ServiceNow functional expertise spanning configuration, workflows, integrations, automation, and enterprise SaaS solution delivery. - Proven experience facilitating stakeholders, gathering requirements, influencing decisions, and driving complex transformation programmes successfully. - Knowledge of cloud architecture, agile methodologies, product delivery models, and emerging technologies including AI tools. - Candidates must have CSM or SPM experience; ITSM-only profiles and notice periods beyond two months will not be considered.
