JOB DESCRIPTION (MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceNow ITSM, ensuring optimal configuration and usage of Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow CMDB for accurate tracking of assets, configuration items, and relationships.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow Service Catalog, ensuring it aligns with business needs and user experience.
