QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Experience with at least 2 ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC).
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and proactive work style.
• A strong desire to achieve above-average results.

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will:

• Consult with clients on IT service management, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Create and develop concepts and specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and implement complex process applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate in the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical project management and support.
• Assist in the installation of software solutions and product launches.
