Job description

• From the initial conception to the implementation of solutions with ServiceNow, you will advise our customers.
• You analyze the requirements and problems of our customers and develop digital solutions based on the ServiceNow Cloud platform, with a focus on IT Service Management, Human Resources, Customer Service Management or Risk Management.
• You will actively participate in the further development of our service portfolio, maintain existing customer relationships, and drive the acquisition of future projects.
• You will work closely with our professional process experts and our nearshore and offshore development centers.
• You organize customer appointments, lead meetings, workshops and presentations, and optimize processes through automated workflows for greater customer efficiency.
• Advising our customers, conducting training sessions, and integrating business processes with ServiceNow into existing systems are part of your role.
• You identify and resolve technical problems, stay up-to-date on development trends, and share your knowledge within the team.
• Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our clients and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site at the client's location, and from home.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics or economics.
• Furthermore, you bring experience in developing workflow automations and integrations.
• You are characterized by strong consulting skills, flexibility, and communication skills at all levels.
• Ideally, you would have relevant certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator and be willing to pursue further certifications.
• Furthermore, you have an analytical and innovative way of thinking.
• Good German skills (C1 level and above) and English skills complete your profile.
