A ServiceNow ITSM Consultant (Engineer / Analyst / Process Specialist) with over 5 years of proven experience in the platform, mastering technical configuration, business process gathering, and strategic consulting. The ideal candidate combines a solid command of workflows and integrations with the ability to translate complex client needs into functional solutions aligned with industry best practices. Advise clients on the adoption of ITIL best practices and process redesign to maximize the value of the tool. Manage technical and functional communication between stakeholders, ensuring the implementation meets business expectations. Provide third-level support and expert consulting to resolve complex challenges within the ServiceNow operation. Requirements Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, or related fields, preferably with current ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) and ITIL. Experience: Proven track record in the ServiceNow ITSM ecosystem, performing engineering, process analysis, or technical consulting roles with success in large-scale deployments. Technical Skills ServiceNow ITSM Engineer: Platform configuration, workflow development, automation, and integrations (REST/SOAP). ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst: Requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional solution design. ServiceNow ITSM Business Process Consultant: Specialized ITIL consulting, process redesign, and strategic adoption.
