You will advise our customers on the conception, implementation and further development of ServiceNow OT Service Management and Security Operations, taking on a central professional and technical role.
You develop solutions for integrating IT and OT processes and integrate OT systems as well as existing security and vulnerability solutions into the ServiceNow platform.
You will use your knowledge of ITSM and ITOM to design end-to-end service and operational processes across classic IT and industrial OT environments.
You design and implement solutions in the area of vulnerability response and integrate security solutions such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7 or Microsoft Defender.
You will support our clients in prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk, business impact and asset context, and in establishing efficient end-to-end vulnerability lifecycles.
