Key Responsibilities: * Administer and configure the ServiceNow CSM module (portals, cases, workflows, SLAs). * Perform routine platform maintenance, user management, and security updates. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users. * Support onshore teams with deployments and documentation.
