Profectus is inviting expressions of interest from experienced ServiceNow Developers and Administrators ahead of likely upcoming work across the private industry and the Australian Government. The work will likely span platform build, workflow development, integration and administration across enterprise and ICT environments. We are seeking individuals who can configure and extend the ServiceNow platform to a high standard and support it reliably in structured, well-governed settings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, develop and administer the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and related modules
• Build and maintain workflows, flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions and Service Catalog items
• Develop and support integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub, including MID Server configuration
• Design and maintain data imports, transform maps and CMDB structures
• Manage instance configuration, update sets, cloning, upgrades and patching
• Apply and maintain access controls, security rules and platform hardening appropriate to secure environments
• Develop and maintain Service Portal and catalogue experiences for end users
• Monitor platform performance and resolve incidents and problems as they arise
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and configuration baselines
• Work alongside service management, engineering and stakeholder teams to deliver reliable outcomes

• Required ExperienceDemonstrated experience developing and administering the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
• Strong scripting ability with JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide APIs across both server-side and client-side development
• Experience with core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request and CMDB
• Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub
• Working knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Script Includes
• Understanding of platform administration including update sets, upgrades, cloning and instance maintenance
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management processes
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Desirable ExperienceServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer
• Experience with additional modules such as ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC/IRM or HRSD
• Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder development
• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping
• Prior experience delivering within Australian Government or Defence environments

• Security Clearance RequirementMust be an Australian Citizen
• Must have an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (minimum)
• Must be willing to obtain an NV2 Security Clearance (current NV2 preferred)
