ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 4 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of ITIL practices and experience with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow or JIRA Service Management.
• Proficiency in cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience in managing complex cloud infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of database administration, data modeling, and performance tuning, particularly with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of advanced networking concepts, including network architecture, security, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and experience with implementing security measures.
