• Wide-ranging experience in developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA
• Excellent programming skills in JavaScript
• A problem-solving and analytical approach
• The ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING, DEVELOPING, AND IMPLEMENTING SERVICENOW SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE BUSINESS PROCESSES AND IMPROVE USER EXPERIENCES. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR TECHNOLOGY TEAMS AS WELL AS OUR AUTOMATION DEVELOPMENT TEAM. THE FOCUS OF ALL OUR STAFF IS TO ENHANCE AND TRANSFORM OUR CUSTOMER PLATFORMS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE BETTER.

Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
