Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, enhancing platform functionality, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. Adept at working in agile environments, improving workflows, and delivering high-quality platform enhancements. Essential Skills & Qualifications * Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting. * Strong understanding of CSM, ITSM, SPM. * Experience creating integrations using REST or IntegrationHub spokes. * Ability to build responsive UI using Service Portal or UI Builder. * Knowledge of CMDB structure, discovery patterns, and data integrity practices. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CAD, CIS) are a plus. Professional Strengths * Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, maintainable code. * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments Key contributions: * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. * Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM and SPM, CMDB, Knowledge, and IT      Asset Management. * Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes,      and scheduled jobs. * Build and maintain integrations using REST, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and API frameworks. * Create and optimize Service Catalog items, record producers, SLAs, and form layouts. * Ensure platform governance, code quality, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices and      ITIL processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and      provide effort estimates. * Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement performance      improvements. * Assist with upgrades, patching, cloning, and general platform administration. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement      initiatives.
