Job Description Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services. Delivers new functionality across applications. Administration, configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules. Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs. Developing integrations. Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong track record in implementing solutions. Strong knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations. Strong understanding of relational databases Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST. Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management. Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus. English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
