We are looking for our next ServiceNow developer: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related; Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree; Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects; Familiarity with industry-specific applications of ServiceNow (e.g., HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management); Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM); Experience with ServiceNow development, including customization and configuration of ServiceNow applications; Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS; Experience with other scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly; Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods; Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools; Proficiency in working with ServiceNow data, including data import, export, and manipulation; Experience with ServiceNow data schema, tables, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database); Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions; Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges; Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions; Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints; Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ServiceNow solutions; Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation; Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
