Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with significant experience on the ServiceNow platform to lead the design, development, and governance of our ServiceNow ecosystem and related systems/integrations. As part of the IT Application Excellence team within Corporate IT, the ServiceNow Developer contributes to the work on highly integrated applications and platforms that drive the business forward. Partnering with other developers and business analysts, you will design and develop new user experiences and create digital solutions to solve challenges within ServiceNow.
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will ensure that business applications meet compliance requirements and provide efficient solutions to team members within Corporate IT on the necessary support and enhancement of our business applications.
About the role:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the implementation of ServiceNow projects, including enhancements, integrations, fixes, and features, in collaboration with business SMEs, and team members within Solution Architecture and Business Analysis.
  • Lead ServiceNow Release Upgrades when needed and coordinate with the organization on the steps/milestones.
  • Participate in delivering system testing; configuring, automating, documenting, and performing test cases and test scripts to identify and correct issues or to verify desired functionality.
  • Design, develop, and document solutions on new platforms and applications, and support the testing of new features and capabilities on existing applications and platforms, providing best practices and analysis to the rest of the team.
  • Contribute to code reviews, adopting and documenting code and configuration management best practices.
  • Work in collaboration with your team to deliver projects on Agile methodology.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert on some of the ServiceNow Modules such as:
  • HR Service Delivery
  • Employee Center Pro
  • IT Service Management
  • IT Operations Management
