REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices
• Experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Customize ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB
• Develop and maintain custom apps/modules using ServiceNow Studio
• Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions
• Integrate with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts on requirements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics widgets
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and maintain secure, high-quality code
• Document work and maintain technical system documentation
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and team meetings
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, Discovery)
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer
• Understanding of CMDB and Discovery
• Experience with Employee Service Portal and custom widget development
