Responsibilities
Experience in Web Service Integrations using REST
Experience in relational database systems and database queries
Experience with ServiceNow - Performance Analytics
UIBuilder
ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server APIs
2-3 years of experience in business analysis function including defining requirements, developing solution alternatives and estimates and translating business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs within IT and business organizationsKnowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
Experience in development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, and HTML/CSS
Lead the strategy and development of a series of near real-time data driven risk analytics based on a Technology & Cyber Risk Performance Analytics roadmap as well as the maturing of ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics capabilities, expertise, best practices, and solutions
Work with multiple stakeholders across the Technology & Cyber Risk team to understand business needs, anticipate future reporting needs & design scenarios in line with overall strategy for the team
Develop, organize and conduct (regularly) process / training workshops for both the TCRM team, along with the ServiceNow operational reporting team
Advise stakeholders on dashboards, reporting options and KPI best practices
Research new capabilities in line with latest industry trends from both technology and user innovation perspective
