These are your tasks

• You will take on technical responsibility in the project: from solution architecture and code reviews to mentoring junior developers and establishing coding standards within the team.
• You develop custom solutions in ServiceNow, e.g., using Business Rules, Script Includes, REST integrations, or Integration Hub Spokes.
• You implement new requirements in ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA.
• You evaluate and implement AI features in ServiceNow such as Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AI Search, and contribute your own ideas related to GenAI.
• You automate and optimize processes and introduce new modules.
• You actively help shape our technical standards and develop reusable solution components.
• You will support workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing within the team and with our customers.

This is what we expect from you

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, a STEM field, or completed vocational training with an IT background
• Several years of practical experience in the development, testing and administration of ServiceNow, as well as CSA and CAD certifications, are mandatory for this senior role.
• very good JavaScript skills as well as solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with REST integrations and Integration Hub Spokes; knowledge of databases and Linux/Windows is an advantage.
• Prior experience with or interest in AI features in ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL/FitSM is an advantage.
