We are seeking a driven ServiceNow Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ServiceNow in Serco. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we grow our in-house team, expand our use of ServiceNow across the business, and transform users’ ways of working.

Ability to think critically and proactively to challenge solutions and existing processes
Strong interpersonal skills to positively engage others in new ways of thinking and collaboratively problem-solve
A passion for user-focused improvement and ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator Certification
Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HR, CSM, CMDB preferable
Understanding of technical best practice
Familiarity with Agile development
Experience of ITIL teams and processes
