REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· 4–7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
· Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
· Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
· Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models and CMDB structure.
· Experience in workflow, service catalogue, and SLA configuration.
· Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes.
· Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
· Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery methods.
· Understanding of MID Server configurations for integrations.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules, be proficient in ServiceNow scripting, and have experience integrating with third-party tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Configure, customise, and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
· Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and server/client scripts.
· Design and implement workflows, service catalogues, and automated processes.
· Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
· Build and maintain UI policies, UI actions, data policies, and business rules.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
· Maintain documentation for configuration, customisation, and integration work.
