JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service-oriented architecture and solution architecture, with experience in developing and implementing applications within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to enhance our IT infrastructure and streamline processes.

DUTIES

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize ServiceNow capabilities such as workflows, business rules, and client scripts to enhance user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and ETL processes.
• Conduct system design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements in system architecture.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards through system hardening and vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
