Job Summary ob Description The ServiceNow Developer supports the design, configuration, and enhancement of ITSM processes on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on workflow automation, integrations, and core ITSM functionality, while gradually expanding into Service Portal and scripting capabilities. This position works closely with senior developers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Strong communication, learning mindset, and adherence to platform best practices are key expectations for this role. Key Responsibilities Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM platform features, with emphasis on service request fulfillment and operational workflows. Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, including variables, approvals, and fulfillment logic aligned with business processes. Design and enhance Flow Designer and Workflow automations to streamline service requests and operational activities. Build and support integrations with third‑party tools and enterprise systems using REST‑based approaches and out‑of‑the‑box capabilities. Demonstrate a good understanding of core ServiceNow platform features, configurations, and data model. Assist in developing and enhancing Service Portal pages and widgets to improve end‑user experience. Perform platform scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies) to meet functional requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog requests, workflows, integrations, and scripting with guidance when needed. Collaborate with platform team members to deliver solutions. Exhibit clear communication skills, including documentation, status updates, and active participation in team discussions. Job Requirements At least 2+ years of SN development in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, Flow Experience in writing Glide scripting. Exposure to at least one JavaScript framework like AngularJS or React Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST, SOAP  Education Completed Bachelors and Masters degree
