REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, and client/server scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Implement automation, scripts, and service catalog items to streamline ITSM and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide ongoing support for platform issues.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Document solutions, configurations, and technical processes.
