About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ServiceNow Engineer Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, develop practical technical skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in IT service management and enterprise technology. Responsibilities: * Support day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration activities. * Support development of workflows, forms, catalogs, scripting, integrations, and business rules. * Help troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues. * Support testing and deployment activities. * Assist in creating and maintaining documentation. Assist in creating, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow reports and dashboards. Requirements: * Recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Knowledge of databases and programming concepts. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Passion for learning new technologies.
