Description
FSO Platform Support Maintain and support core Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform functionality. Resolve incident tickets related to platform and hosted ServiceNow applications. Platform Development & Enhancements Extend ServiceNow platform capability by implementing configuration tasks, business rules, UI actions, flows, and other feature enhancements. Contribute to ServiceNow software releases via story-based feature delivery. Integration & Collaboration Collaborate with scoped application teams to manage installations, plug-ins, and integration components as needed. Work cross-functionally with product owners, QA, and technical leads to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Best Practices & Documentation Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and security standards. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, implementation notes, and support runbooks. Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA). Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD). Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scoped applications, and update set management. Hands-on experience with: Configuration Management (CMDB) Workflows and Flow Designer Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies REST/SOAP integrations Incident, Problem, Change modules 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration, preferably in the financial services domain. Certified Implementer in CSM (Customer Service Management) or FSO (Financial Services Operations) modules. Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Integration Hub, or Store Apps. Exposure to Agile development, JIRA, and CI/CD practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
