REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years’ ServiceNow ITOM experience.
• Strong Discovery/Service Mapping background.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and monitoring tools.
• UK security clearance advantageous.
• Certifications: CIS–Discovery, CIS–Event Management, CSA.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience:

• ServiceNow ITOM Specialist: 5 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (preferred)

• Deliver ITOM implementations (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
• Design & manage CMDB structure and CI relationships.
• Configure integrations with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Optimize Discovery & Service Mapping across hybrid/cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
